Yoga for Every Body – Facilitated by Lori Rivera
Join us Tuesday and Thursday mornings in the sanctuary at 10:30 for a gentle Ashtanga yoga class focusing on flexibility, balance, and strength. This is a great class for beginners, for those just returning to exercise, or those willing to begin again. Lori (Gitanjali) is a student of Babi Hari Dass and completed her yoga teacher training at Mount Madonna Center. She will guide you with proper alignment, breathing practices, deep relaxation, and even a song or two. Classes are $12 for drop-in or $50 for a series of 5. Yoga mats will be provided, but please feel free to bring whatever props you need.
