Rooted and Expanding | Rev. Tamara Merrill | 1/25/26 Sunday Talk
Expansion without grounding becomes fantasy. Grounding without expansion becomes stagnation. This week explores how a truly Open-at-the-Top life integrates both. We’ll talk about spiritual growth that transcends and includes: honoring our bodies, our nervous systems, our histories, and our communities while continuing to evolve. This is about becoming larger without losing ourselves, and deeper without shrinking our vision.
