Rapidly Rewire and Recode Your Brain

Do you feel broken? Do you feel alone? Has your anxiety, depression, or fear stolen the best of you? What if your limiting beliefs and negative thought patterns could be transformed into what you really want? What if the things that happened to you in your past or that you worry about happening in the future didn't hold you back? It's all possible now with a powerful, mind blowing process called Superconscious Recode that rewires and reprograms your brain to help let go of resistance and see instant results in the moment.

Seem to good to be true? It's not. If you are familiar with the work of Joe Dispenza and Bruce Lipton, or you have read the book The Power of Eight, you already know about the magic and miracles that can happen when coming together with a clear intention in a group. In this one hour group session, each individual will create an intention and unpack what's blocking that intention from manifesting. We will then do Superconscious Recode in a group to amplify the intention. To end, you'll learn the 4 core choices that are sure to change your life.

What exactly is the Superconscious and how do you recode? You'll just have to come and find out for yourself!

1st & 3rd Fridays! Connect to self and others through movement and word. BodyWise is a heart-opening, energizing practice open to ALL regardless of age or experience. Class is held outdoors and is open to all vaccinated participants. Suggested Donation ~ $15-$20.
