Growth happens at the edges. When we push past the discomfort, we can find that there is greater life, greater love, greater experiences calling us. What would happen if each one of us chose to live into our edges on purpose and chose to be intentional about our growth and say yes to what is needed no matter how hard it may seem? Could we arrive at thriving and learn to truly flourish?
We all know that in the universe, energy cannot be created or destroyed, only transformed. In nature it is the waste products cast off from living beings that are the necessary nutrients that keep the system thriving. Do we recognize that is true in our own lives as well? Can we look at our life’s path with all its twists and turns and remember that nothing is ever wasted, remembering that everything is part of a holistic system that includes everything.
In nature, the places of greatest diversity are the places where two different ecosystems meet, where the forest meets the desert or the mountains meet the sea. There is great biodiversity and flourishing that happens in these in between places, because something greater emerges in the overlap. In our world, do we truly value the power that diversity can bring us when we overlap in community?
When we truly recognize that we are living in a world of our own creating, a new responsibility emerges. Living the Science of Mind invites us to ask ourselves how life around us is reflecting back to us something about ourselves. If you’re really looking, what’s the message?
“It is so tempting to just start off for whatever it is that you’re champing at the bit to do – and throw caution to the wind. But this is your one and only chance to get it right the first time, so rein that pony in and take your time. It will pay off in the end.” -Tracy Wandling, Living Permaculture
What we see can be transformed when we choose to look from a new place. The feedback loop of belief, also known as the creative process, says that what we believe sets up what we perceive, and what we perceive reinforces what we believe. The cycle is endless. Are we using the power of belief to transform what we see to bring about positive change? Do we see the loops we are living in? How are we interpreting what we are seeing?
There is no greater feedback than our intuitive connection with Spirit. So how can we cultivate a deeper, richer relationship with the Divine? Through story, music, and shared insights, Melissa and Z reveal how and why the I/Thou relationship can transform your life.
How much are you paying attention to the feedback that life is giving you? Do you notice the information that life is giving you about where you are? Do you stop and evaluate regularly as you move through your experience, or are you blindly wandering without taking notice of all that is available to you? The call is to begin with intention and then to move forward with great attention.
The time is Now. We are living in an age of urgency. Everywhere we look there are great issues rising up that need our attention. Can you feel the transformation calling you? The time is now for each of us to claim our passion, our truth, our next step. We must rise up and realize that we can no longer sit in quiet contemplation of truth without then taking the next step towards living the change. The time is now, and there is no time to waste. The Future is calling!
True prosperity comes from knowing that we are surrounded by the resources that we need. Do we look to our so-called waste stream and realize how much of our good is being ignored. We all know the slogan, ‘reduce, reuse, recycle,’ but do we realize that there is great return to be found when we begin to see what is left over or considered garbage as valuable resources to be cherished. Can we see this literally and contemplate what this metaphor means to our inner lives.
