Welcome to CSL Santa Cruz!
Hi, I’m Reverend Elisha Christopher and I am the spiritual director here at the Center for Spiritual Living, Santa Cruz.
Here at CSL Santa Cruz, we are a community of individuals who are dedicated to asking ourselves one question, “What is possible, what is possible when we tap into our true authenticity?” What is possible when we come together as community? What is possible when we tap into a vision of a world and a life that is truly calling us?

Testimonials
Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion
We see a world that works for everyone…
NO EXCEPTIONS!
We are a community that values responding to life with love; we value creating a safe space for all who participate. We do not tolerate stereotypical remarks or comments that ascribe a particular characteristic to a whole group or category of people.
Stereotyping of any group gives rise to racism, sexism, homophobia, and other forms of separation. As such, we strongly reject stereotyping and separatist perspectives as they conflict with our belief in the unity of all people and life itself.
Indigenous Land Acknowledgement
We honor the indigenous people who were here before us. The land on which we gather is unceded territory of the Awaswas-speaking Uypi Tribe. The Amah Mutsun Tribal Band, comprised of the descendants of indigenous people taken to missions Santa Cruz and San Juan Bautista during Spanish colonization of the Central Coast, is today working hard to restore traditional stewardship practices on these lands and heal from historical trauma.
We Believe Black Lives Matter
“Centers for Spiritual Living stands with people all around the world who are advocating for justice, equity, inclusion, and peace. We are motivated by our vision of a world that works for everyone and, therefore, we affirm with the people of the world that Black lives matter. Not only do Black lives matter, but according to our teaching, they are sacred.”
